When will my order ship?

Unless otherwise stated, all orders ship within 3 days of order placement. 

Where are my items shipping from?

All orders ship from Ohio.  

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your order confirmation within 24 hours of order placement. You will receive a second email with the tracking information once your order ships. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, your order may be exchanged for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping costs apply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. 

If the order is an error on our part we will cover return shipping costs.
